TEENZ on POINT is a 501(3)(c) youth development and mentoring program for at-risk males aged 13-17. TEENZ on POINT will inspire, empower, and teach the art and science of manhood by teaching at-risk youth valuable skills such as changing a tire, fixing holes in the walls, and mounting TVs. TEENZ on POINT bridges the gap between the old and the young by being a positive example of manhood.

T.O.P. will help improve the mental state of at-risk youths. Our mentoring services will assist in keeping these youths on track and focused; keeping them busy by working with their hands and problem-solving. Giving them valuable life and trade skills provides them with more options to build and create their future.

Our Mission

T.O.P. will be the window of hope for at-risk youth who come from broken homes, experience dysfunctional relationships, and feel like life has abandoned them.

T.O.P. will be the premier for at-risk youth -- their safe haven. This organization is devoted to developing these boys into men. Our goal is to improve communication skills and teach hands-on trades and skills so the youth can have options to prevent gang violence, early childbearing, and drop-outs. Therefore, they can leave where they are better than they found it.

T.O.P. mentoring is dedicated and committed to teaching at-risk youth personal development skills, building strong and functional relationships, and helping at-risk youth work and become men.

T.O.P. will accomplish this by teaching them the art and science of manhood through mentoring and teaching various trades and skills, so our youth can provide, protect, and secure life.
